When the Package arrives your address, you can Fly to your Destination by putting the Poster in your Carry-On, to eliminate extra Luggage Count ($$$ Surcharge) and chance of Lost Luggage.
Other option is to Air / Econo Ship the Poster to your Event Hotel Directly, or in Canada, we have Pickup Centre near 8 major Convention Centre to safekeep your Poster (great for Airbnb accommodation).
