2 Types of Paper Poster available: Heavy Weight Poster Paper (9-10 points) - Sharp Fonts and Vibrant Graphic Image.

Our Medium Weight Poster Poster (8 pt.) - they are branded like an Econo Airline Seat, provide the same Vibrant Ink & Sharp font but a slightly lighter paper, (and won't smear or showing Flat Ink like the 5 pt. bond paper used in some copy shops)

You can Pickup your Fabric or Paper Poster from our Calgary Poster Centre (Mon-Fri). The Pickup Centre is located 2-3 blocks from Telus Convention Centre and 6 major Conference Hotels (Sheraton, Westin, Delta, Hyatt, Marriott & Fairmont).

The location is handpicked to service Conference Presenters. You can take the FREE CTrain from Convention Centre to the Poster Centre or a 5-7 minute walk.

For Calgarians, there's easy parking or transit access.

Should I Get Paper or Fabric ?
Thanks to our Canada-Wide Research Poster Distribution Network, we have both Fabric & Paper Poster available near 9 Major Canada Convention Centre, both for INCOMING & Local Presenters, and OUTGOING / TRAVELLING Presenters
Which Poster type should you choose?

a. Travellers to US & EU - ALWAYS CHOOSE FABRIC.
It's a lot more than the "Lost Luggage" or the "$50 Airline Charge" Concerns.
Poster are Quite Expensive in Foreign Cities (unless you pre-order).
The Portability Factor with Fabric is like a CELLPHONE vs LAPTOP - you use a Cellphone all day and only use the Laptop when Necessary (& you need WiFi)
+ YOU KEEP IT WITH YOU ALL THE TIME.

b. Attending Conference in another Major City in Canada

We have Poster Pickup Centre a Stone Throw away from the Convention Centre
- (See Location Map in top menu).
JUST ORDER THE POSTER FROM THAT CITY AND PICKUP IT UP AFTER YOU ARRIVE. (Most centre are M-F, but special arrange can be made to Ship to Hotel)

c. Graphics Inspired / Heavy Ink Needs.
- choose our FABRIC (Graphics Edition) - We have a whole Section showing OUR FABRIC QUALITY (see Fab. Poster Benefits on Top Menu)

d. Large Local Medical Poster (eg. 4 x 8 ft.)
- choose Heavy Weight Paper Poster. There's no Ink Retention Difference between our Heavy Wt. or Med. Wt. Poster, It's just easier to mount onto poster board.

e. Research Day, University Group, Non-Profit, Budget-Friendly Poster.
The Econo Poster is the cheapest Research Poster in Canada (eg. 36x48 Econo Paper Posters starts from $40). It uses a Synthetic Paper Blend to help us keep the Material Cost down. We first offer this product to University and we now offer this material for public events.
(They produce nice print quality and won't smear like some Junior Posters Printed on Bond Paper)
